The Pantry Soft Appointment Request Form opens weekly on Sundays at 7:00 a.m. Please click the link and click 'Login Here' to complete the form. Once you log in the pantry registration from will appear. Please fill out all questions. You will fill out the registration once per semester. 

Once you submit the registration form all available appointment times will appear on the next page. If you have any trouble with the form, please email ninerpantry@charlotte.edu. Appointments are limited and may fill quickly. If you are unable to schedule, please try again the following week. You will receive a confirmation email and a reminder email for your appointment. We recommend you screenshot your appointment information, in case their are technical difficulties

If you are unable to make an appointment, you are encouraged to visit the pantry during Walk-In Wednesdays. We allow walk ins for students and staff on Tuesday and Thursday from 4pm - 4:45pm. 

The Jamil Niner Student Pantry is open to registered UNC Charlotte students and staff only. If you are not enrolled classes or employed by the university, but need food assistance, please review local community food resources for support. 

For your scheduled appointment:

• Bring your student ID for check-in.
• Please note your scheduled appointment date and time. Make sure it does not conflict with your class schedule.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment time you may be asked to wait. Repeated no shows to appointments will receive notification from our office and may lose eligibility for the remainder of the semester.
• You are allowed to shop at the pantry once per week.
• We encourage sustainable shopping by asking shoppers to bring their own reusable grocery bag. Shoppers who bring their own bag will receive an extra snack item of their choice at the check out station.
