Summer Hours are on Wednesdays from 11-3pm. Walk-ins only, no need to make an appointment.

The Food Pantry Appointment Request Form opens weekly on Sundays at 7:00 a.m. Please click the link and click 'login' at the top right corner to complete the form. If you have any trouble with the form, please email jboyd57@charlotte.edu. Appointments are limited and may fill quickly. If you are unable to schedule, please try again the following week. We recommend you screenshot your appointment information each week, as the system does not send reminder or confirmation emails.

If you are unable to make an appointment, you are encouraged to visit the pantry during Walk-In Wednesdays. We do not allow walk-ins for students on days other than Wednesday.

The Jamil Niner Student Pantry is open to registered UNC Charlotte students only. If you are not enrolled classes, but need food assistance, please review local community food resources for support. 

For your scheduled appointment:

• Bring your student ID for check-in.
• Please note your scheduled appointment date and time. Make sure it does not conflict with your class schedule.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment time you may not be allowed to shop. Repeated no-shows to appointments will receive notification from our office and may lose eligibility for the remainder of the semester.
• You are allowed to shop at the pantry once per week.
• We encourage sustainable shopping by asking shoppers to bring their own reusable grocery bag. Shoppers who bring their own bag will receive an extra snack item of their choice at the check-out station.
